General Kelly's story is one synonymous with a great American and the story of
a Missileman as well. Comfortable in and out of uniform he has excelled in both the
military and business worlds. Serving as a Military Commander as well as the
President of a major corporation, his resume is one that dreams are made of.

Graduating from the Air Force Academy in 1964 Gen. Kelly went on to complete
37 years of service to his country, completing his commitment at the rank of Lt.
General. Along the way he served as a Base Commander, Strategic Missile Wing
Commander, Vice Commander of Air Force Space Command, Director of Public
Affairs in the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, Commander of the Air
University at Maxwell AFB and Director of Education and Training Command. He
now serves as the President of the Association of Air Force Missileers (AAFM).
His business experience is equally impressive and he currently serves as President,
Space Systems Group, Mantech International.

General Kelly has graciously accepted our invitation and will be our guest speaker
at the Banquet. Thank you so much General Kelly!
